Vasefuls of flowers, inexpensively

Do you love the feeling you get from having a vase of cut flowers on your desk at work or in your living room at home, but don’t love the cost? It’s easy – and cheap -- to grow your own from seed. Good choices include celosia, cosmos, larkspur, marigolds (the tall kind, not miniatures), snapdragons, sunflowers, and zinnias, which are favorites because of their wide variety of colors and sizes.
