Gas prices rise to $3.93 a gallon

That's according to the Lundberg Survey of fuel prices, released Sunday, which puts the price of a gallon of regular at $3.93.
Midgrade costs an average of $4.07 a gallon, and premium is at $4.18.
Diesel was up a nickel, to $4.20.
