In an increasingly global workplace, some meetings or even job interviews may be handled via video chatting. In these cases, don't assume the format means this is a casual interaction, says Senning. "Dress as you would if you were meeting up in person (this goes double for work video calls!)," he writes. "Think about the backdrop your caller will see (again, this goes double for work video calls!)."
