This one has nothing in common with Shakespeare except the date. Edgar Allan Poe Award nominee Ron Cutler has crafted a thriller highlighting a battle between a bio-terrorist madman and an American spy that skips across multiple continents and ends up in New York City on St. Patrick's Day – not quite the ides of March, but apparently close enough to inspire the title.
