A car used by Israeli diplomats was blown up, apparently by a “sticky bomb” placed on the car by a passing motorcyclist, according to Indian police. Four people in the vehicle were injured. A similar bomb was discovered on an Israeli diplomatic car in the Georgian capital of Tblisi on the same day, and Israel blamed Iran’s government for the twin attacks, a charge that Iran denies.
