Palestinian Authority: Pre-1967 borders
The borders of a future Palestinian state are one of the core issues that have to be settled in negotiations, but Abbas wants Netanyahu to agree on a baseline for those negotiations before they come to the table: the borders that existed prior to 1967 war. Those borders were established by the armistice agreement that ended Israel’s 1948-49 war of independence.
