14:26 elapsed time, by Navy in 2004

Navy’s 94-yard drive took up nearly a quarter of the game and involved 26 plays (also a record). Although the drive just led to a field goal, it sent a message that the Midshipmen were willing to grind it out in a 34-19 win over New Mexico in the Emerald Bowl. New Mexico entered the game as the nation’s eighth-best defense against the run, but Navy just kept chipping away, averaging about 3.6 yards over the course of the drive.
