There was some movement in The Associated Press Top 25 college football poll this week. The number one team lost some supporters after earning a tougher-than-expected victory last Saturday. And we now have a tie for the No. 3 spot in the poll, meaning all it takes is one timely performance to vault a team into the college football playoff conversation.

As for this weekend's games, things get started at noon Eastern time Saturday. No. 22 BYU travels to Ann Arbor, Mich., to take on the University of Michigan in a game you can see on ABC.

The Wolverines' in-state rival, second-ranked Michigan State, will host Central Michigan in a noontime contest to be televised by the Big Ten Network.

Also at noon Eastern, No. 20 Georgia Tech goes to Duke for both schools' first Atlantic Coast Conference game, which will be broadcast on ESPN2.

Eighth-ranked LSU hits the road, as well, this weekend, traveling to upstate New York to play the Syracuse Orangemen in a noon game on ESPN.

No. 7 Georgia will host Southern University, also at noon. You can watch this game on the ESPN SEC Network.

The mid-afternoon games kick off at 3 p.m. Eastern when fifth-ranked Baylor meets Rice, which will be televised on Fox Sports Net.

After barely surviving a scare from Northern Illinois last weekend, No. 1 Ohio State will next take on Western Michigan at 3:30 p.m. on ABC.

Also at 3:30, sixth-ranked Notre Dame plays host to Massachusetts. This game will be broadcast on NBC.

No. 24 Oklahoma State goes on the road Saturday to Austin, Texas, to meet the University of Texas, which will be televised on ESPN at 3:30.

Following their home loss to Mississippi, Alabama, now ranked No. 12, will play the University of Louisiana-Monroe at 4 p.m. Eastern on the ESPN SEC Network.

Co-No. 3 TCU will get their second road test of the young season when they travel to Lubbock, Texas, to face undefeated Texas Tech, who will try to avenge a 55-point loss last year at the hands of the Horned Frogs. You can watch this contest at 4:45 p.m. Eastern on Fox.

The evening portion of Saturday's Top 25 college football schedule begins with Mississippi, rising 12 spots to No. 3 and tied with TCU, taking on Vanderbilt at 7 p.m. Eastern on ESPN2.

Fourteenth-ranked Texas A&M plays Arkansas at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, at 7 p.m. on ESPN.

Missouri, new to the AP poll this week at No. 25, travels to Kentucky for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff on the ESPN SEC Network.

Perhaps the marquee game of the day or evening features No. 9 UCLA at No. 16 Arizona. ABC will carry this game, beginning at 8 p.m. Eastern.

The University of Hawaii football team continues to pile up frequent flier mileage this season. Two weeks ago, the Rainbow Warriors played at Ohio State. Saturday, they travel to Madison, Wisconsin, to meet the 22nd-ranked University of Wisconsin. The Big Ten Network will broadcast the game at 8 p.m.

An alternate game on the Big Ten Network will feature No. 17 Northwestern hosting Ball State, also at 8 p.m. Eastern.

Another intriguing Pac-12 game has No. 18 Utah at 13th-ranked Oregon. Fox will have this game at 8:30 p.m.

Finally, No. 19 USC, coming off a home loss to Stanford, hits the road for a Pac-12 game at Arizona State. ESPN will televise the game, beginning at 10:30 p.m. Eastern.
