Europe Sweden welcomed refugees to seaside towns – until the weather got nice

Such cottages helped to accommodate the huge influx of asylum seekers which Sweden welcomed last fall. But now vacationers are returning.

In spring and summer, there is no place more idyllic to spend a weekend than the Swedish beach town of Råå, with its cobblestone streets and charming little shops.
