'Honeys' Banned In Courtroom Banter

The American Bar Association ruled this week that it's "professional misconduct" to use speech that harasses or discriminates in the practice of law, which means that women who have been dismissed as 'honeys' or 'darlings' for decades can at last expect some relief.
