Outburst of JetBlue flight attendant: Can flying ever be made civil?
JetBlue Airways flight attendant Steven Slater faces time in jail after he cursed out a passenger and exited a plane on an emergency slide. His attorney said he was under stress and acted out after a passenger refused his request to sit down and after being hit on the head accidentally by luggage.
