North Korean peek

Starting this month foreign tourists in addition to South Koreans are allowed to hike North Korea's Mt. Kumgang. The reclusive regime first approved the closely supervised visits here in November 1998, for millions of dollars in fees. This rock's inscription pays tribute to former leader Kim Il Sung.
