A Third-World Ole!

The news from El Salvador used to be misery, assassination, and civil war that took 75,000 lives. It was singled out as such at last month's annual meeting of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund.

El Salvador's full recovery is still to come. Meanwhile, a heartfelt Ole!
