'Marshall Plan of the Mind'

It takes a Know How Fund (KHF) to back a Marshall Plan of the Mind (MPM). As the US aided Western Europe after World War II, Britain finds new ways to aid Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia after communism. "How Business Works" is one of the MPM radio programs (BBC) by which KHF spreads instruction as it sows money. Example: $14 million will go to privatizing Russian farms beyond the 60 as of last year.
