Baghdad radio had said Iraq was moving the prisoners to ``economic and scientific sites,'' apparently to deter air strikes. The US strongly protested to Iraq Sunday over the apparent mistreatment of prisoners. Twenty-two American and allied servicemen are missing after four days of air attacks....
