S. Africa, Mozambique hold security talks

Ministers from South Africa, Mozambique, and Swaziland held surprise talks on security Tuesday, ending the session without issuing any statements. The ministers met here in a royal guesthouse surrounded by troops. South African sources said there were efforts to heal relations between South Africa and Mozambique. All three countries are caught up in the battle between black nationalist guerrillas and the white Pretoria government.
