Premier of Nepal resigns after no-confidence vote
Katmandu, Nepal

The confidence motion came after a spate of government ministers resigned. The motion accused Mr. Thapa of corruption, failure to protect Nepal's partyless political system, mismanagement of a food shortage, and general mishandling of the economy.
