The Mexican government launched an ambitious plan to clean up polluted air and water in Mexico City, one of the world's most contaminated cities. The plan will attempt to decrease air pollution from exhaust, collect garbage, reforest the area, and clean up the Xochimilco floating gardens, one of the city's top tourist attractions.
