Rock-and-roll music isn't wholesome enough for the Fourth of July. So says Interior Secretary James Watt, who banned the music from popular celebrations on the park between the Capitol and Washington Monument in Washington, D.C. Instead of the Beach Boys, which has played in the past, the Washington Post reported, this year Wayne Newton and the US Army Blues Band will perform.
