Fog

The morning fog rolls quickly, As it covers thickly The dampened grass so tickly on the feet. The fog with grasping fingers On a hilltop lingers, And covers a lonely figure standing there. The morning fog is lifting, And through it light is sifting, And drops of dew are glistening in the sun.
