IRA training camp, arms found near Ulster border

Police discovered a major Irish Republican Army (IRA) training camp stocked with rockets, a launcher, and half a ton of explosives, authorities said Tuesday.

The arms cache was found in County Donegal, five miles from the border with Northern Ireland. Police said they believe they wrecked IRA plans to launch an attack on security forces across the border.
