More official opposition to a new Solidarity seen

The Polish Communist Party newspaper Trybuna Ludu indicated growing official opposition to any restoration of the suspended independent trade union Solidarity unless there are ''reliable guarantees of its real and total transformation.'' The report said a new union would have to come under party control.
