Gromyko pays first visit to Belgrade since Tito

Soviet Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko arrived here for a two-day official visit which will include talks with Yugoslav Communist leaders. Mr. Gromyko is the first top-ranking Soviet leader to visit non-aligned Yugoslavia since the death of President Josip Broz Tito in May 1980.
