Sadat aide to go to US with word on autonomy

Cairo

President Anwar al-Sadat will send his top aide, Vice-President Hosni Mubarak , to Washington next week with a message to President Carter on Egypt's position in the stalled Palestinian autonomy negotiations. The visit will coincide with, or immediately precede, the resumption of negotiations among Egypt, Israel, and the United States Oct. 14-15. Mr. Mubarak will be accompanied by the Egyptian delegation to the talks. Officials did not disclose the content of the message.
