Super hooky

Where were you at Super Bowl time yesterday? It's not exactly like the question of where were you during the war or the depression or the Bicentennial. But America seems to be verging on making this contest -- it's only football after all -- the one event that demands total commitment coast to coast and in Hawaii and Alaska. Talk about national unity. The only disagreement was on who should win. No one preached disloyalty to the Super Bowl itself.

And yet. . .

We imagine one family somewhere getting together with no form of communications media operating except the human voice. Or maybe a single individual on a long walk. What tales they must have to tell today!
