Our name is about honesty. The Monitor is owned by The Christian Science Church, and we’ve always been transparent about that.

Thanks to a relatively high income, that works out to only 2 percent of median income, the lowest rate in the nation. It might be even lower if Boston drivers would follow even half the rules of the road.
