Rebecca Asoulin is a recent graduate of Dartmouth College where she majored in Geography modified with Psychology. She was editor-in-chief of her college's daily newspaper, The Dartmouth. She previously reported for the Santa Monica Daily Press. Her submission to the 2017 New York Times’ College Modern Love competition was a notable essay, one of the top 25 essays of more than 2,000 considered.
Outside of journalism, she has interned for the office of Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D) of Calif., managed marketing and social media for novelists, and developed content for Voice 4 Girls, an education nonprofit based in Hyderabad, India. When not writing, she enjoys baking bread and other yeasty-treats.
