This week, we’re adding voices to portraits of those affected by the California wildfires. Meet Brooks Anderson. He's a painter and musician whose home borders the Kincade Fire evacuation area. After documenting his valuables for insurance purposes and packing his go bag, Mr. Anderson monitors the news and waits to see if he will be evacuated.
