New Chicago program targets men most at risk of gun violence

Chicago's homicide rate is one of the highest in the US. A new social support program, READI Chicago, is targeting men most highly impacted by violence -- potential perpetrators and victims. The program aims to change its participants life trajectories by connecting them to paid jobs and counseling services.
