The Ivy Tree

I’m reading The Ivy Tree by Mary Stewart, found in a thrift shop. I’ve read most of her work, but not this mystery novel from 1961. It’s relaxing, even sweet, with enough suspense to engage. It makes a nice change from many of today’s zap-you thrillers.
