Caitlin Babcock is a 2023 graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations. She previously interned for Colorado Congressman Jason Crow and for the Department of Intergovernmental Affairs at the White House, and is now working out of the Monitor’s Washington, D.C., bureau. In her free time, Caitlin can be found hiking or exploring bookstores around Washington.
