SATURDAY 4/17 NFL Draft (ESPN, 12 noon-7 p.m.): The greatest collection of quarterbacks since 1983 is up for grabs. As many as five are expected to go in the first round, three of them African-American, a rarity.

SUNDAY 4/18 Michael Jordan: An American Hero (Fox Family Channel, 8-10 p.m.): The world knows Michael Jordan the basketball superstar, but what about Jordan the man before stardom? This two-hour movie chronicles Jordan's life as a boy and traces his rise to fame. In between, he fails to make his high school varsity team and meets the girl of his dreams. Debbie Allen plays Jordan's mom, Ernie Hudson portrays his father, and Robin Givens stars as Jordan's wife. (TV-G)

Having Our Say: The Delany Sisters' First 100 Years (CBS, 9-11 p.m.): Ruby Dee and Diahann Carroll play the Delany sisters, who relate a personal history of the 20th century. (TV-PG)

Reckless, The Sequel (PBS, 9-11 p.m.): This romantic and intriguing drama picks up one year after the original "Reckless" stopped. The middle-aged executive Anna Fairley (Francesca Annis) is now divorced from Richard (Michael Kitchen) and living with the younger and handsome Dr. Owen Springer (Robson Green). The series builds to the climactic wedding that Owen and Anna feel will seal their happiness. In the meantime, Richard tries to stop the ceremony. (TV-PG, LS)

TUESDAY 4/20 The Rockford Files: If It Bleeds ... It Leads (CBS, 9-11 p.m.): A tidy drama about a respected teacher (Hal Linden) who becomes a suspect as a notorious rapist. Quickly, an intrusive media picks up the story and unalterably violates his reputation. Reprising their original roles from the '70s drama are James Garner as private detective Jim Rockford and Stuart Margolin as con man Angel. (TV-PG, LV)

Confronting the Crisis: Childcare in America (Lifetime, 10-11 p.m.): During the past year, director Lee Grant traveled across the country and interviewed families about how they are trying to meet child-care needs. The educational and eye-opening documentary, hosted by Kyra Sedgwick, weaves together stories of people around the country. Viewers meet a single mother from Phillipsburg, N.J., who works as a secretary to support her two children; a widowed single father in Easton, Pa., who fears his son is growing up without him; and a couple with a young boy in Great Neck, N.Y., who are drowning in debt from graduate and medical school loans.

THURSDAY 4/22 AFI Salute to Dustin Hoffman (ABC, 10-11 p.m.): The two-time Oscar-winner receives the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Film Institute. This special is a retrospective look at a remarkable career and features clips from some of his most memorable films. Among those attending the toast are Jack Nicholson, Faye Dunaway, Warren Beatty, and Tom Cruise.
