Our name is about honesty. The Monitor is owned by The Christian Science Church, and we’ve always been transparent about that.

A photo caption in the Aug. 18 Monitor (Aug. 20-26 World Edition) incorrectly identified a work of art in the "Vatican Treasures" exhibit. The lower photograph showed a 12th-century mosaic of Peter the Apostle. The article on sheep farmers in Australia in the June 30 Monitor (July 2-8 World Edition) misstated the size of the farm owned by the Sendall family. It comprises 17,000 acres.
