Regarding the front page article "Foley Denounces Cynicism Over House," April 7: The congressional "perks" should surely be addressed and corrected. But truly, on a scale of 1 to 10 - compared with the perks widely available among leading executives with real power throughout corporate America - the congressional perks do not amount to much.
