SUNDAYNaked Hollywood (A&E cable, 8-9 p.m.): Despite its obnoxious and misleading title, this much-discussed six-part series is a sobering BBC expose of the business of Hollywood - the deals, the stars, the financing - that can be both appalling and funny. There's no narration: Clips and interviews - including comments from big names like Arnold Schwarzenegger - speak for themselves. [See full review in tomorrow's paper.] MONDAY American Masters (PBS, 9-10 p.m.): Just one listen to her indescribable voice is all it takes to understand how "Sarah Vaughan: The Divine One" got that public nickname - although "Sassy" is what friends called the late jazz-pop singer. With personal recollections and musical clips, this documentary explores the astonishing vocal flexibility and stylistic insights that sustained her through a 50-year career.
