Soviet ship reaches Nicaragua but no MIGs seen from cargo

A Soviet ship docked Wednesday at the Nicaraguan Pacific Coast port of Corinto and unloaded cargo that did not include Soviet MIG warplanes, Foreign Minister Miguel D'Escoto told a news conference. He did not describe the cargo. Mr. D'Escoto said the ship was ''harassed by a ship, fast launches, and North American planes that violated Nicaraguan waters."
