The Polish regime has launched an attack on Lech Walesa, charging the former Solidarity union leader has $1 million in the West that he wanted to stash away in the Vatican Bank with the help of the Pope. In a special documentary Tuesday, Polish television ran a lengthy - and poor-quality - tape recording allegedly of Mr. Walesa and his brother discussing the plan last September. Walesa denied the allegations.
