Reagan signs rescue bill for social security setup

Saying America's elderly no longer need worry about getting their social security checks, President Reagan signed into law the social security rescue bill. The President arranged an outdoor ceremony to sign the $165 billion bill, which raises payroll taxes and sets a higher retirement age.
