Consumer group criticizes Congress on its voting

Members of Congress voted more often against consumer issues than for them this session, the Consumer Federation of America said. The federation graded congressmen according to their votes on about two dozen pieces of legislation, ranging from the regulation of used-car sales to patents on new drugs. All 46 of the group's top-ranked ''heroes'' were Democrats.
