Just as you may have suspected, it may help to know people in high places Since President Reagan took office, sons and daughters of high administration officials have acquired plum jobs at the US Information Agency (USIA). There may be others, but the three most talked about are Caspar Weinberger Jr. - son of the defense secretary - who works in television; Barbara E. Haig - daughter of the ex-secretary of state - who is a special assistant to the counselor of the agency; and Monica Clark - daughter of Reagan's national security adviser - who is awaiting transfer to Bonn, where she will serve as an assistant cultural officer for exchanges. Word has it Ronald Reagan Jr., formerly with the Joffrey Ballet, is looking for work.

Perhaps the USIA is the place for him.m
