Federal union leaders rap social security inclusion

Angry federal worker representatives protested a plan to bring new government employees under social security. Four union presidents told a panel looking into financing social security that union members would be cheated by the proposal, since their current retirement system was sound. But they found little comfort from panel members, who said they would not yield on the proposal.
