Two Australian ministers resign in customs incident

Australia's health and customs ministers resigned because of the health minister's failure to declare a $260 TV radio-cassette to customs when he brought it from Hong Kong last October. Prime Minister Malcolm Fraser accepted the resignations of the two men. The affair has caused a crisis for Mr. Fraser, already beset by economic problems which have caused the popularity of his government to plummet.
