TV has a date with Saturn

Saturn may be the star of the greatest intergalactic TV show since the astronauts walked on the moon, Monitor TV critic Arthur Unger reports. The NASA spacecraft Voyager II will be making its closest approcach to Saturn on the evening of Aug. 25, and the Public Broadcasting System plans a series of live daily reports -- "Live From Saturn" -- broadcast direct from the Jet Propulsion Laboratory near Pasadena, Calif. Airing the week of Aug. 24, the series is likely to be the only live coverage available, Mr. Unger says.
