US to help Jamaica spur economy, premier reports

After two days of talks here, Jamaican Prime Minister Edward Seaga said he had reached agreement with the Reagan administration on two policies aimed at helping Jamaica's debt- ridden economy. The first calls for establishment of a private group of Jamaicans and Americans to seek development of joint projects in Jamaica. He said Mr. Reagan also agreed to allow Americans to hold tax-deductible business conventions in Jamaica.
