Reagan TV talk to push Central American policy

President Reagan is expected to use a televised address Wednesday evening to kick off a new effort to rally the public and Congress behind his Central America policies, administration officials said Sunday.

Mr. Reagan has gone on television and radio at least half a dozen times over the last year to promote his stand against communism in Central America.
