Labor Day weekend has come and gone, and it's back to school for legions of children across the country. But who says the kids get to have all the fun? Regardless of your age, you can still score some stylish back-to-school inspired looks that will turn heads at the office, on the street and for a night out on the town. Check out our picks for five styles that will have you reliving your bleacher days for less than $50.

Bomber Jackets

The first thing you'll need to rock a back-to-school vibe is a killer Varsity bomber jacket. Though it may not be the $2.4K version celebs such as Hailey Baldwin, Hilary Duff and Cara Delevigne are sporting, this Forever 21 striped varsity jacket ($24.90)should do the trick.

Mini Backpacks

No longer just for classrooms and festivals, chic mini-backpacks are swiftly replacing the tote as the fall carryall of choice, and it's easy to see why: These aren't your kids' canvas JanSports. These little guys are chic (not to mention convenient)! Don't believe us? Just ask Vogue! The pictured ASOS mini version ($32.25) adds a fun pop of color to any outfit to boot.

OK, she’s worth $1 billion, but can Taylor Swift write poetry? We ask the experts.

Converse Sneakers

Yep. The same sneakers you likely wore in your junior year of high school are STILL a thing. Hey, if it ain't broke, don't fix it, right? Stick with the classic Chuck Taylor all-star low-tops ($50) to stay forever young.

Chokers

Another locker-friendly staple that's back in a larger-than-life way is the statement choker. Seen all over runways at NYFW, this revived '90s favorite adds just the right touch of class (double entendre intended). Danielle Nicole's entrancing faux leather choker comes in silver or gold to appeal to any skin tone.

Pinafores

With Elle naming pinafores as one its top trends for fall 2016, you no longer need a uniform as an excuse to wear this school-yard staple. ASOS's pinafore dress with split back ($45.14) is plenty proof of that.
