Dog Haus
If you enjoy a simpler cuisine, head on over to Dog Haus on Leap Day, as the gourmet sausage outlet will be offering a free patty upgrade (from a single to a double) on all burgers. This upgrade normally costs $2.49, so you'll be saving some bucks while you over-indulge.
