Elisabeth Hasselbeck will make her on-air premiere on Fox News Channel's "Fox & Friends" on Sept. 16.

Fox News' executive vice president of programming Bill Shine made the announcement on Thursday. In addition to the premiere date, Fox announced that Hasselbeck will make her debut along with co-hosts Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade on a redesigned set that will be unveiled that morning.

Hasselbeck, a former longtime co-host of ABC's talk show "The View," left her previous gig in July. During her final day on "The View," Hasselbeck called her decade-long tenure "nothing short of extraordinary."
