Kamchatka, by Marcelo Figueras, is the poignant and yes, often humorous, story of family love and resilience as told by a 10-year-old boy during Argentina’s Dirty War. It covers the months spent in hiding prior to the moment that he and his 5-year-old brother say goodbye to their parents, who are in danger of arrest for political activity.
