Michael Jackson Around the World (NBC, 11:30 p.m.-1 a.m.): Jackson's own choice of footage from his worldwide concert tours.

MONDAY Fat Man on a Bicycle Goes Norse: Suomi (PBS, 8-9 p.m.): ``Adventure'' presents Tom Vernon's offbeat look at Finland. The World Within Us/Commitment: Two Portraits (PBS, 10-10:30 p.m.): ``Alive From Off Center'' presents two avant-garde films with unique observations about life.

TUESDAY Occupation (PBS, 9-10 p.m.): Part 4 of ``The Struggles for Poland'' examines German atrocities during World War II. Warning: Medicine May Be Hazardous to Your Health (HBO/pay cable, 9:30-10 p.m.): An investigation of the risks and dangers involved in many accepted medical procedures. Las Madres: The Mothers of Plaza de Mayo (PBS, 10-11 p.m.): In the series ``P.O.V.'' (``Point of View''), independent filmmakers Susana Munoz and Lourdes Portillo tell the story of the courageous Argentine women who demonstrated weekly for the release of their ``disappeared'' children during the recent repressive military regime.

WEDNESDAY 16 Days of Glory (PBS, 8-9 p.m.): Third of six-part series of dramatic tales of the 1984 summer Olympics. The Fragging (HBO/pay cable, 10-10;30 p.m.): Part of acclaimed ``Vietnam War Story'' series on the men who fought in the war in Southeast Asia.

THURSDAY 48 Hours (CBS, 8-9 p.m.): In-depth, hard-edge ``v'erit'e'' report on national parks by CBS News team. Living Dangerously (A&E/cable, 8-8:30 p.m.): Premi`ere of new segments on weekly series on active sportsmen - climbing, jumping, gliding, and surviving. Channel 99 (NBC, 9:30-10 p.m.) Interesting failed ``pilot'' delving into local TV. Paul Bowles (Bravo/pay cable, 10-11 p.m.): Writer Bowles takes viewers on a guided tour of his Morocco.
